Agreement

Lodi-Biz:

• Lodi-Biz agrees to make an ernest, good faith effort to support the operation of this service, but cannot be held responsible for down time resulting from circumstances beyond its control. 
• Lodi-Biz extends a 30-day satisfaction, money-back guarantee to all new regular members and a free membership to all companies, organizations and municipalities that limit their listings to "Student" and/or "Volunteer" positions. 
• No refunds after 90 days.  Lodi-Biz reserves the right to deny membership.

Members:

• Members agree to use the service in harmony with its purpose, pay Lodi-Biz the yearly rate in affect within 14 days of initiating or renewing membership and to make an earnest, good faith effort to maintain job listings in an accurate, timely way.
• Abuses or inappropriate use of the service will result in a suspension of access and a forfeiture of fees.
• Checking the "I agree" box on the Membership Application indicates you have read and intend to conform to this agreement.

Job Seekers:

• The accuracy and timeliness of job listings are the responsibility of individual members, not Lodi-Biz.
